How are my data safeguarded?
Through the app, you have access to all of your data in your own personalised account. To ensure that we are GDPR compliant, all data from the app is sent to the server using industry-recognized transport layer security that has withstood the test of time.
Who do you share my data with?
In order to run the app and help you get the most out of using the app, we use the services of various partners and providers who help us handle your data on our behalf and fully under our control. For example, if you request an SOS, or Ambulance, we will share your location with the necessary officials or emergency contact to ensure your safety.

Kaci uses your information within the app and on a need-to-use basis as per your request as relating to the relevant services within the app.

How do I know it’s secure to share my GPS location with you?
All GPS data is not tracked or stored by us, and we make good use of your battery by never leaving the tracker in standby mode. Your cell phone’s sensors and GPS are combined with our motion tracking algorithm to determine your direction of travel. To enhance the prediction quality, we consider the beginning and ending geo-points of your route as well as your mode of transportation within your account.
Is my data used for other purposes other than on Kaci?
No. Kaci will not share your personal data with any third party except the target agencies selected or featured in your requests. We comply strictly within the parameters of the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
