Kaci was created to serve you, so your suggestions and feedback to us on how to serve you better is very critical; Kaci has a feature that allows you to air your complaints and share your ideas to help improve the service. We ensure to take every complaint and suggestion seriously and effect on them as soon as possible.
Certain information and details will be required at the junction which will include your name, location, contact information and details of the complaint being made. This is imperative as the bodies who will be receiving these complaints will need to contact the complainants for more information and the way forward, when necessary, actions are to be taken.
You can make suggestions about the government and proffer solutions, provided it does not constitute an attack on any persons or government agencies. All claims must be backed by facts.
There is no limit to the number of complaints that can be made by a particular user. However, anonymous complaints may be restricted as operatives may find it difficult to act on such a complaint, if necessary, information are withheld.
A petition is a formal written request, typically one signed by many people, appealing to authority in respect of a particular cause. We all have causes that are important to us, and at Kaci, we understand this. That is why we have the feature on the app to allow you file a petition, and invite people to join your cause and get your voice heard!
Whether it’s a petition to get the governments attention in your area or even call attention to some of the more domestic issues such as the increasing rate of beggars in an area, or pollution in your neighborhood, the Kaci Mobile Application is a platform you can use to file a petition.
Your petition should contain specific information detailing your cause and the steps that you want taken by the government. When drafting your petition, be sure that the petitions has a title that captures the essence of your campaign and includes your name and contact information.
You can get people to sign on to your petition by sharing the link to your petition with them via WhatsApp, email or any other social media platform. The Kaci Mobile Application will collate the signatures you have and this will help you take further action.
Note that Kaci will not be responsible with further actions to be taken concerning the petition. Kaci may help by advising you on the next line of action on your petition, but note that Kaci is not a government agency or a legal entity.
Kaci will vet your petition before broadcasting it and retains the right to accept and promote or reject your petition.
